At MC&MA Group West Africa Ltd, we understand that every project is above all an opportunity to improve lives. Our social commitment is reflected in the creation of local employment, the transfer of knowledge, and the strengthening of professional skills within the communities where we operate.
In addition to integrating social criteria into all our contracts, we allocate part of our profits to small, high-impact initiatives in vulnerable neighbourhoods and towns in Ghana and Suriname: refurbishing classrooms and providing basic school furniture, supporting community canteens linked to schools or churches, and creating small covered spaces for study and training activities.
These are cost-contained interventions, but with a very visible effect on the daily lives of children, young people, and families.
Our Social Pact
Each project — whether in social housing, transport, energy, or telecommunications — is a space for inclusion. We prioritise the participation of young people and women, promoting their technical training and active involvement in the projects, in collaboration with public authorities, training centres, and community leaders.
In this way, we build not only infrastructure, but also future, dignity, and stability in the local environment.
